FOUNDER-SPECIFIC TERMS
Fees & Commission:
- Subscription fees: ₹499 – ₹49,999
- Success commission: 3%–5% payable upon deal completion
- Additional charges for KYC, due diligence, and compliance
Founder Responsibilities:
- Provide truthful business and financial disclosures
- Ensure lawful fundraising activities
- Indemnify Zetiify against misrepresentation or violations
