- Financial and banking information
- Corporate and business documents
- Any additional information required for compliance purposes
2. Third-Party Processing
You consent to Zetiify sharing such data with:
- KYC verification agencies
- Compliance and due diligence partners
- Government or regulatory authorities when required
3. Purpose Limitation
Your data will be used only for:
- Identity verification
- Regulatory compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Platform risk assessment
4. Data Retention
KYC data may be retained for the period required under applicable laws even after account termination.
5. Declaration
You confirm that:
