These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Zetiify platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PLATFORM ROLE

Zetiify is a technology platform only. We do not:

Provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice
Guarantee funding, returns, or deal closure
Act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in investments

All decisions are made solely by users.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY

Users must provide accurate and complete information
Minors require parental consent
Zetiify may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

3. ACCOUNTS & PROFILES

Some features are publicly accessible; others require registration. Profiles are visible on a restricted basis.

4. FEES & PAYMENTS

Founder subscriptions: ₹499 – ₹49,999
Investor basic access: Free
Founder commission: 3%–5% upon successful deal completion
Additional charges for KYC, due diligence, and compliance
Payments processed via Razorpay
Auto-renewals apply
No refunds or trials

*Invoices will be issued where applicable.

5. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

You grant Zetiify a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use such content solely for platform operation, moderation, compliance, and improvement.

6. AI & PLATFORM FEATURES

AI-based features are assistive and informational only. Zetiify does not warrant accuracy, outcomes, or suitability of AI recommendations.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Users shall not:

Provide false or misleading information
Violate laws or regulations
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Circumvent platform safeguards

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Zetiify disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zetiify shall not be liable for:

Financial losses
Investment outcomes
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

10. TERMINATION

Zetiify may suspend or terminate access at its discretion without liability.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Mandatory arbitration
Governing law: India
Jurisdiction: Courts of Karnataka

12. MODIFICATIONS

Zetiify may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
